Responsibilities
  • High interest in moving into a role processing FX, settlements, and reconciliations activities.
  • Prior experience with day to day banking and reconciliation activities such as client money reconciliations, cash manage, and settlement of FX trades.
  • Some understanding of AML and Compliance requirements.
  • Proficient at establishing credibility quickly and building relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written), stay calm and work well under pressure to meet competing deadlines.
  • Solution-focused approach an the ability to make objective and evidence-based decisions, and influence recommendations and decisions using insights.
  • Resilient to change, adapting to and supporting new situations with confidence.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to think independently and draw conclusions.
  • Some knowledge and understanding of the banking sector specifically around payments and FX products (derisible).
    This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to take on a fundamental role within the Payments Operations function, who is keen to get involved in multiple projects within an established growing international organisation. This provides amazing scope for both strategic and operational self-development.
    Please note: The is a full-time, permanent position, office-based in our Coventry office as part of the Payments Operations team. However, we have an agile flexible working policy which enables you to work up to 2 days from home if desired.
