What You Will Do: As a Customer Service Rep at a Payment Center, you will be the liaison between the Company and the customer. * Process customer monthly payments. * Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner * Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing any customers, as needed. * Connects very quickly; builds and leverages client relationships. * Complete mail sorting tasks.
