Payment FinTech Sales Representative

We’re looking for aggressive sales representatives who are willing to cold call small businesses to get merchants in the Baltimore, Maryland and DC area. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in Bankcard Sales or related fields is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.
• Past telemarketing experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to network and self-market to generate self-sourced leads.
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of merchant services and point of sale systems.
• Must have existing network of restaurants, retail, gas stations, or similar businesses.

• Identify and pursue B2B prospects, sell, and support the financial technology sector.
• Work with small businesses and coordinating with outside sales representative.
• Engage with diverse clients, from restaurants to retail and beyond.
• Move prospects quickly through the sales process by delivering outstanding consultative sales and customer experience.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in financial technology and educate clients on adopting solutions for enhanced business operations.
