Job Description Key Responsibilities: Execute urgent, standard, and special payment runs according to defined calendars and requirements. Serve as the main point of contact for payment-related matters within the FSSC. Coordinate with business, finance, and Record to Report (R2R) teams. Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure compliance with KPIs and internal controls. Investigate and resolve payment issues and support audit processes. Train and support payment analysts, promoting best practices. Actively contribute to continuous improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance General knowledge of accounting principles Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Accounting / Finance General knowledge of accounting principles Oracle E-Business Suite Knowledge (Oracle EBS) – Mandatory English intermediate - REQUIRED Intermediate level in using MS Excel It is mandatory to have a valid U.S. visa. Additional Information Base salary: COP 2,600,000 Transportation allowance: COP 200,000 Average total monthly compensation: approximately COP 3,900,000 Well-being allowance: COP 300,000 Language bonus
