As an ATR Processing Analyst within our team, you will oversee day-to-day payment processing operations, ensuring all client requests are executed with precision and compliance. You will lead and motivate staff, manage projects, and drive process improvements while maintaining a strong focus on audit, quality, and deadlines. Your role will be key in fostering a positive work environment and supporting team development. Job responsibilities: Supervise and execute client payment requests, ensuring defined controls and 100% accuracy. Process and verify payment requests efficiently, escalating aged items as needed. Identify and escalate errors or exceptions promptly. Respond effectively and timely to routine queries and complaints. Maintain audit focus and ensure compliance with all business-as-usual activities. Identify and implement process efficiency improvements in a controlled manner. Create and update SOPs and documentation, ensuring adherence to standards and policies. Foster a positive work environment and facilitate cross-training and knowledge sharing within the team. Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to staff, addressing performance issues professionally. Manage projects, collaborate with partner sites, and prepare MIS/scorecards for senior management. Act as a back-up to the Shift Manager and adapt to night shifts or extended hours during high volume periods. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Graduate with 2+ of experience in international payment processing operations. Strong working knowledge of payment operations, preferably in a back office or processing arm of a reputed bank. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels. Understanding of the banking and financial services industry. Strong presentation skills and strong analytical and computer skills. Proficient in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Demonstrated ability to work as a team player. Experience supervising teams in payment operations. Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate across partner sites. Experience in training and developing team members
