Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in Warsaw: Payment Operations and Bank Systems Analyst What is in it for you? Development within a growing company Flexible working hours, hybrid model arrangement Attractive benefits package (private health care sponsored for the employee + partner + children, sports card, life insurance, lunch card), free access to LinkedIn learning platform, language courses refund Convenient location (near Rondo Daszyńskiego / direct M2 line access) We will count on you to: Perform financial operations in multiple banking platforms, urgent payments and necessary controls on incoming and outgoing payments Cooperate with Country Controllers in all daily inquiries Analyze and resolve payment issues Review, approve and prepare requests for ad hoc analysis of various types of financial information utilizing operational and financial analytics as appropriate for the situation Assist with auditors and audit requirements and SOX testing Contact with bank to clarify payment / admin queries Monitor daily cash positioning Support Team Leader to ensure that all month-end tasks deliverables are met Coordinate onshore and offshore teams in order to assure adherence of all day-to-day accounting processes to audit and control policies Skills and competencies required: Problem solving - resolving queries and engaging with stakeholders across the business, investigating and resolving exception items in a timely manner Teamwork - supporting the team and collaborating with others to achieve departmental goals Communication - excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner Changing & improving - identifying areas for improvement and leading process improvement efforts in line with global processes Analytical thinking- ability to systematically break down complex problems, assess data, recognize relationships, and solve problems effectively What you need to have: Eagerness to learn and grow professionally Good command of English Communicative Polish (nice to have) Client-focus and proactive approach Can-do attitude We are open to individuals at the beginning of their professional careers who demonstrate the right skills and motivation.
