Description OUCU Financial is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payment Operations Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for the daily processing and maintenance of credit and debit card transactions, check processing, remote deposit capture, wire transfers, and other related administrative operations. The pay for this position starts at $17.65 per hour, with relevant education and experience considered in determining the starting pay rate. Duties Include: Serves as the primary contact for requests related to credit and debit cards; submits support tickets through the card processor's system for resolution. Processes returned check deposits and foreign check processing and communicates with the member regarding the checks. Processes remote deposits; reviews checks and places holds if necessary. Processes outgoing and incoming wire transfers. Works with other departments to resolve any wire transfer issues. Processes debit card and credit card reports. Adjusts member accounts and reward point balances when necessary. Investigates and resolves ATM deposit discrepancies. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year of experience in a full-service financial institution's service area preferred. Full time, in branch position. Resume and Cover Letter required.
