Responsibilities:
The Manager of Payment Posting and Credit Balances will oversee the centralization and ongoing management of the electronic and paper payment posting function as well as the credit balances function in a multiple DPMS DSO environment. Applicants must have progressive managerial experience in a large centralized RCM environment, a deep understanding of receivables management, specifically ERA, EFT, and payer clearinghouses in a DSO environment and proven leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with at least one of the following DPMS Systems: Open Dental, Eaglesoft, Dentrix. Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, productivity and problem solving in payment posting, internal financial controls and balancing is required.
