Lake City Servicing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payment Processing Specialist to join our team. This full-time position provides centralized operational and loan accounting support to monitor, analyze and service the loan portfolio.

• Process loan payments and loan payoffs
• Perform analysis and loan accounting for interest calculations, exceptions, reversals, corrections, payoffs and other maintenance as required
• Provide data to accounting to allow for proper financial statement updates
• Make accurate accounting entries for loan fees and costs
• Provide assistance and excellent customer service to lenders, borrowers, and other departments
• Review exceptions, and grant entitlement to association’s online banking customers
• Prepare detailed and organized work papers to support daily work and reconciliations
• Participate in various projects as assigned, both within the department and in collaboration with other functional areas.
• Perform back-up functions to post closing and draws positions
• Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls
