Description
Global-e is looking for a Payments Product Manager to join our growing product team. As a Payments Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the payments-related products and services offered by the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful development, launch, and maintenance of payment solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, gathering customer feedback, defining product requirements, and guiding the product development process from ideation to launch. Key Responsibilities: Develop and articulate a clear product vision aligned with the overall company goals and objective. Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define product features, and create detailed product specifications. Work closely with development engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product development, following agile methodologies. Conduct user acceptance testing and iterate on the product based on customer feedback and data analysis Define (KPIs) . Plan and execute product launches and communication plans. Requirements 3 + Years Proven experience as a Product Manager, specifically in the online payments industry or related domains -Must! Knowledge of regulatory compliance and security requirements related to payments - Plus Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA - Plus. Strong knowledge of online payment processing systems, technologies, and industry standards (such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, Tokenization). Familiarity with various payment methods, including credit cards, digital wallets, bank transfers, and emerging payment trends. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English & Hebrew.
