Quilt is looking for an experienced Payment Analyst to join our growing CX team! In this role, you will serve on a team of Payment ops and act as an internal advocate for our team and customers. The Payment Analyst is vital in helping our new and existing customers get off the ground and start processing. Please note that this role is based out of our office in Provo, UT. Key Responsibilities: Internal Support: Configure customer accounts, including sending applications, adjusting rates, and assigning cases to the Onboarding team. Rate Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and other payment‑related issues. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of case interactions, assignments, setup details, and assist in refining SOPs. Daily Audits: Review all reports daily and ensure accuracy; confirm all new cases are completed and assigned by end‑of‑day. SLA Compliance: Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements to meet customer expectations and business requirements. Account Support: Verify all customer services are active and accounts are fully enabled for a strong customer experience. Salesforce & Partner Portal Management: Work across multiple CRMs and ensure accurate updates and manual data migration into Salesforce. Qualifications: Education: BA or BS degree preferred but not required Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, software implementation, or customer operations Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Suite, and Salesforce preferred Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Proactivity: Demonstrates proactive and innovative approach Communication: Strong written and verbal communication with understanding of situational best practices Organization: Exceptional organizational skills Attitude: Positive attitude and empathetic demeanor Customer Focus: Commitment to excellent customer service Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams What We Offer: Certification: Certified Great Places to Work for 2022 Company Events: Monthly company events Retirement: 401k investment opportunity Healthcare: Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans Time Off: 120 hours of Paid Time Off per year Salary: $45–50k per year, depending on experience #LI-onsite Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
