ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the Payments & Verifications team, this role focuses on managing customer withdrawals and ensuring timely, accurate transaction processing. The position involves verifying KYC documentation, identifying and mitigating fraudulent activity, and escalating suspicious transactions in line with RF/AML protocols.
You will work closely with internal departments and Payment Service Providers to resolve payment-related issues and maintain smooth operational flow. Be a liaison with customer support teams to request required documents, clarify any payments related issues and resolve any failed transactions.
A strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance are essential in safeguarding customer transactions and upholding regulatory standards. Be discreet and confidential as you will be handling sensitive personal and financial information.
