Payments Products is a part of the Services Organization at Citi. We enable our clients to pay and receive payments globally to support their commercial and treasury needs. This role is part of the Domestic Payments team in North America (NAM) directly covering Banking as a Service (BaaS) related payments products.
As a BaaS Product Specialist, the individual will be responsible for leading the development and management of the Account Manager Suite (AMS) product while providing cross-functional support for other initiatives with the BaaS team. This role demands a mix of product expertise, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions in a dynamic environment.
Successful candidates will be comfortable evolving into a Subject Matter Expert on for the AMS solution and associated capabilities, working closely with key stakeholders across the global organization and other Citi lines of business, Sales, functional partners (Compliance, Risk, Controls, AML, Sanctions) and clients to commercialize, grow revenue and help drive an optimal user experience. The VP will drive product strategy and positioning, sales and client enablement, and product and P&L management, and is heavily involved in the product development process. The successful candidate will also drive progress on key Control and Compliance initiatives to strengthen the risk management of the product offering.
