About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Payments Lead to guide our Payments team and elevate the player experience. You’ll manage payment operations, improve acceptance rates, resolve discrepancies, and drive continuous process improvements. As the bridge between Payments, Risk, Fraud, and Support, you’ll ensure every transaction is smooth, compliant, and player-friendly. 🕓 Shift-based role: Monday–Sunday, rotating between 06:00–14:00 and 12:00–20:00. What You’ll Do - Lead, mentor, and motivate the Payments team. - Improve acceptance rates by working closely with payment providers. - Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and high-impact issues. - Streamline and optimize payment processes for efficiency and accuracy. - Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and company policies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support escalations and risk reviews. - Oversee KYC checks and high-value transaction approvals. - Produce and review key performance and reconciliation reports.
