Position Title: Payments Officer Job Summary:As a Payments Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant processing of inward payments. You will implement operational policies, supervise daily activities, authorize transactions, and support reporting and audit requirements. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee end‑to‑end inward payment processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Review and authorize payment orders, Treasury rates, and above‑threshold transactions. Monitor and resolve account payables, receivables, and other float items. Supervise staff performance, scheduling, and adherence to operational procedures. Coordinate audit submissions and prepare required internal and regulatory reports. Maintain operational readiness, including supplies and cross‑unit coordination. Conduct training for new hires and ODP participants, ensuring alignment with updated processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in any Business‑related field.
