Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Payments Expert with a focus on ID&V, you will be responsible for ensuring that our payments solutions are secure, compliant, and provide exceptional customer experiences. You will lead the development of features related to identity verification in the payments flow, driving innovations that protect customers and businesses from fraud while improving the overall user experience.
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for payment solutions, ensuring that Identification & Verification (ID&V) and Payee details verification are effectively integrated into the payment process
- Leverage your deep knowledge of ID&V technologies (biometrics, document verification, KYC/AML compliance) to ensure the integrity, security, and regulatory compliance of payment processes.
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to SLA deliverables
- Serve as an escalation point for problem resolution
- Act as a subject-matter expert on pricing systems and operations
- Work with partners on coordination and completion of fund events
- Provide coaching and training support to analysts
- Maintain operational processes within the team
- Manage relationships with service providers and pricing vendors
