Role Overview We are looking for a Payments Specialist to take ownership of end-to-end payment operations. This role is critical in ensuring that all client payments are processed, monitored, and settled efficiently across multiple payment rails and currencies. You will work closely with internal teams and financial institutions to maintain high reliability and speed of payment execution. Key Responsibilities Own and manage end-to-end payment operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing Work with SWIFT, SEPA, and other payment rails across multiple currencies Monitor payment flows and ensure fast and successful settlement of client transactions Investigate and resolve payment delays, failures, and discrepancies Track and analyze payment performance metrics and data to identify bottlenecks and improvements Collaborate closely with Treasury and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client experience Work with Financial Institutions to establish and maintain correspondent banking/payment routes Support optimization of payment processes, routing logic, and operational workflows Requirements 4–6 years of experience in Payments, Banking Operations, or Financial Services Hands-on experience with SWIFT, SEPA, and multi-currency payment processing Strong understanding of payment rails and cross-border payment flows Experience working with financial institutions and correspondent banking setups Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and interpret payment data Fluent English (mandatory) with excellent written and verbal communication High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership Nice to Have Experience in fintech or high-growth environments Familiarity with payment schemes, routing optimization, or liquidity considerations Exposure to regulatory or compliance aspects of payments What We Offer Work with global payment infrastructure and international partners High-impact role directly influencing payment speed and reliability Hybrid flexibility with strong on-site collaboration Opportunity to improve and scale payment operations in a growing environment
