WHAT’S THE OPPORTUNITY?

We are looking for a Payouts Specialist to join our Payouts Operations team. The ideal candidate will join a team that takes full responsibility for carrying on the processing flows on different countries, interacting with different banks or partners, and looking to improve their performance.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

  • Technical experience in technological solutions, mainly oriented to banking solutions and/or payment processors.
  • Project management skills, able to efficiently organize and prioritize work and available resources.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other internal teams.
  • Analytical capacity to evaluate potential providers and technological solutions, considering aspects such as capacities, costs and automation.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to see beyond the management of payment providers, getting involved in broader projects aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Knowledge of BI tools for data analysis.
  • Advanced English
