La risorsa, inserita all’interno del team Payments, avrà l’opportunità di vivere un’esperienza all’interno dell’area Operations e conoscere le principali attività di back office relative ai servizi di pagamento. In particolare, la risorsa avrà modo di approfondire ed avere una visione completa sui Sistemi di Pagamento, conoscere le caratteristiche dei prodotti offerti dalla Banca soprattutto alla clientela Retail, seguire sia la stesura che la revisione dei manuali operativi/procedure bancarie, di partecipare all’implementazione o al miglioramento dei processi anche per gli aspetti contabili.

REQUIREMENTS:

Laurea in discipline economiche o simili
Buone conoscenze informatiche – Ms Office, in particolar eutilizzo di Excel
Precisione, puntualità e attenzione al dettaglio
Buone capacità comunicative
Flessibilità e adattabilità
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Esperienze precedenti nell’ambito saranno considerate un plus
