SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

• Define the test strategy, planning, implementing and quality assurance for large complex projects
• Teaming with business organizations to facilitate Integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End to end testing.
• Demonstrated deep experience in one or several of the following industry functions: Banking and Capital Markets
• Demonstrated leadership to successfully deliver management consulting and transformation efforts, leading multi-disciplinary teams including client team members.
• Share your knowledge and developing engagement tools and enablers to build capability for the practice
• Develop client relationships across multiple levels and support sales efforts
• A personable, approachable and inviting demeanor
• A “go-getter” attitude and a passion to constantly learn, improve and perform at the highest level

• Design and develop testing frameworks and strategies for payment processing systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior testing engineers, providing technical leadership and promoting best practices in quality engineering.

TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field and approximately 5 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent collaboration and teaming skills in diverse environments
• Experience with Enterprise Money Movement services and integrations (ACH, Wire, RTP, EFT, etc.).
• Solid understanding of ISO 20022 standards, message formats, and data elements.
• Experience testing payment hubs such as PEGA, Fiserv, FIS, or equivalent.
• Domain expertise in Banking (e.g., Wires, ACH, Debit Cards, Treasury, FX Payments).
• Skilled in designing and executing ISO 20022-based test cases across CHIPS, FEDWIRE, SWIFT, SEPA, CBPR+.
• Exposure to payment simulators like Visa and Mastercard simulator is a plus
• Experience in end-to-end business process testing — from initiation to settlement.
• Knowledge of key regulatory frameworks and compliance standards in the payments space.
• Familiarity with test case optimization, TDM and defect tracking (e.g., JIRA, Octane, ALM).
• Strong analytical and communication skills for issue analysis and stakeholder updates.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
