As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in the accurate and timely processing of employee terminations, redundancies, and long service leave (LSL) reconciliations. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers the opportunity to not only ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll delivery, but also to contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing across a large, complex workforce. • Accurately calculate and process termination payments, redundancies, demobilisations, and deed of releases.
• Complete and reconcile long service leave (LSL) balances, payouts, and cash-outs.
• Provide high-quality customer service by responding to payroll queries with accuracy and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, company policies, and service level agreements.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and business site representatives to resolve discrepancies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, payroll projects, and knowledge sharing within the team.
