C EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
2) Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the same field

3) SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency using MS Office, specifically Excel.
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors.

Responsibilities

A PRIMARY PURPOSE

  • Responsible to oversee and supervise the payroll functions of the organization, ensuring that salaries & Commission are processed on time and accurate.

B RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implements, maintains, and reviews employees payroll & compensation to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, bonus, commission, loans, EOS …etc.
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, transfers and terminations.
  • Responsible for Calculation of final salary payment for leavers which includes leave encashment, expense claims and pro-rated base salary.
  • Responsible to calculate and runs all agents’ commission verification and weekly payable reporting.
  • Direct the collection, data entry, and documentation of payroll data
  • Maintain accurate account balances and detailed records for auditing.
  • Prepare reports and salary increases/deduction letters.
  • Calculate Bonus and increments and ensure the accuracy.
  • Responsible to enter new employees’ data (e.g., bank accounts) into internal databases.
  • Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.
  • Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.
