JOB DESCRIPTION:

Finpower Aircon LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Accountant to manage the full cycle of payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and payroll practices, with a minimum of two years of experience in the UAE.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of proven payroll experience in the UAE
• Excellent knowledge of UAE labor laws and WPS
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/payroll software
• Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
• Male candidates only
• Immediate joiners preferred
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Payroll: 2 years (Preferred)

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
• Maintain payroll records and employee data in the system
• Calculate wages, overtime, deductions, and other earnings
• Ensure compliance with WPS and UAE labor law requirements
• Prepare final settlement calculations (gratuity, leave encashment, etc.)
• Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees
• Coordinate with HR and finance teams for payroll inputs and reports
• Assist in audit and compliance checks related to payroll
• Prepare payroll-related reports as required by management
