We are looking for an experienced Payroll Accountant to join our team in Loveland, Colorado. This is a long-term contract position within the manufacturing industry that offers the opportunity to manage payroll operations for multi-state employees. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in payroll systems and tax reporting while ensuring compliance and accuracy in all payroll processes.

• Process full-cycle payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and other payroll systems to manage payroll operations efficiently.
• Prepare and submit payroll tax reports in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Reconcile daily payroll transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
• Maintain detailed and accurate payroll records in alignment with company policies.
• Monitor and address payroll-related inquiries, providing timely resolutions.
• Support audits and reporting requirements by preparing necessary documentation.
• Stay updated on payroll regulations and practices to guarantee compliance.
• Utilize Workday to streamline payroll processes and reporting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, including multi-state payroll.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and other payroll systems.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax reporting and compliance requirements.
• Experience with full-cycle payroll operations.
• Familiarity with reconciliation processes and resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
