Job Description

YOUR EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND LOCATION INCLUDE:

  • Must be currently legally able to work full time in Canada
  • Must be able to work on-site at our Centre in Moncton
  • Fluency in English is required, fluency in French is an asset
  • Post-secondary education in Payroll and/or Accounting, completed diploma or degree preferred
  • Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation preferred
  • Demonstrate advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office suite proficiency, with experience in complex data analysis
  • Experience with Dayforce Payroll System considered a significant asset
  • Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to work confidentially and maintain strict data integrity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across multiple teams, provinces, countries and time zones
    Additional Information
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for bi-weekly payroll processing for our Moncton operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance for our team
  • Verify and distribute monthly fee calculations, supporting financial operations across Accor properties
  • Drive financial accuracy through monthly journal entries and reconciliations that support executive decision-making
  • Collaborate on purchasing and accounts payable processes, gaining exposure to vendor management and procurement workflows
