As our Payroll Accounting Manager, you will play a vital part in ensuring our Heartists across Singapore are paid accurately, on time, and in full compliance with local regulations. Your expertise will ensure seamless payroll operations and strong financial governance within our Finance team. Payroll Excellence Lead end‑to‑end payroll processing with accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness. Verify payroll inputs such as new hires, exits, salary revisions, and benefits. Oversee special payroll cycles (bonuses, off‑cycle payments, severance, etc.). Serve as the payroll system’s primary administrator and subject‑matter expert. Payroll Accounting & Controls Prepare and reconcile all payroll‑related general ledger entries. Maintain accurate payroll liability accounts and resolve discrepancies. Strengthen internal controls to uphold financial integrity. Compliance & Reporting Ensure full compliance with Singapore payroll, tax, and CPF regulations. Manage timely statutory filings including IR8A, IR21, and other required reports. Support audits by preparing payroll documentation and financial reports. Partnership & Support Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth data flow. Respond to employee payroll enquiries with professionalism and discretion. Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and enhance payroll processes. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of payroll accounting experience. Strong foundation in payroll, accounting standards, and Singapore taxation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sun ERP; experience with Timesoft or ADP is an advantage. High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and respect for confidentiality. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
