As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Payroll & Accounting Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting our financial operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning payroll, working with numbers, and being part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Payroll (Core Focus) Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time Review and verify payroll data including wages, deductions, and benefits Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies Support employee questions related to payroll and benefits Accounting & Finance Manage accounts payable from invoice receipt through payment Assist with month-end close and financial reporting Prepare quarterly sales tax filings Support audits and work with external accounting partners Help maintain accurate financial records and reporting Additional Support Assist with benefits administration (enrollments, updates, employee questions) Support process improvements and help streamline workflows Provide administrative support across departments as needed Requirements What We’re Looking For Experience in payroll, accounts payable, or accounting Strong attention to detail and accuracy Experience with accounting or payroll systems (QuickBooks, Paylocity a plus) Comfortable working with numbers, systems, and spreadsheets Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication and organizational skills Nice to Have (Not Required): Experience with Paylocity Experience in healthcare or dental Experience in a multi-location or multi-entity environment Why This Role Stands Out Competitive salary: $65K–$75K Stable, growing organization Work directly with leadership (reports to Controller) Opportunity to improve processes and make an impact Supportive and collaborative team environment Schedule & Location Full-time, in-office role based in Savage, MN Occasional travel to St. Paul location Apply Today If you’re looking for a role where you can take ownership of payroll and contribute to a growing organization, we’d love to hear from you.
