• Process payroll on time across multiple locations
• Enter and maintain Accounts Payable for multiple locations
• Maintain payroll records, wage changes, and compliance files
• Review timecards and attendance edits for accuracy
• Support managers with payroll questions and forms
• Handle deductions, garnishments, and adjustments
• Partner with HR and Accounting to align systems and reporting
• Manage Payroll and Accounts Payable email inboxes
