This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work remotely, with regular in-office collaboration at our Chicago location. Workweeks range from 40–50 hours depending on task efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of accounting or payroll experience or a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, or related fieldProficient with QuickBooks and Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Excellent attention to detail with a process- and deadline-oriented mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

• Prior experience in a professional services or wealth management environment is a plus
