Location

Reporting to the Financial Controller in providing accounts & payroll support. Ideally you will have experience working as a payroll assistant. Our friendly Accounts team strives on providing an excellent level of service and as such you will be polite and professional when dealing with internal clients and have the ability to work to tight deadlines. You will take a personable approach to work and be able to work well as part of a team as well as independently.

Responsibilities
  • Processing Payroll on the Sage System, including changes, running reports & answering queries
  • Inputting Accounting Transactions including Fixed Assets & Credit Card to Xero Accounting system
  • Uploading bank transactions, allocating cash & producing bank reconciliations
  • Inputting Sales Invoices
  • Reconciling Sales Book to Sales Invoices raised
