Part time: Payroll & Accounts Assistant
Location: Hove, Sussex
Employment Type: Part-time, 8-12 hours per week. There is some flexibility as to hours worked but the payroll processing needs to be completed on Monday or Tuesday each week.
Salary: Up to £28k pro rata, based on experience
Holiday: 33 days inclusive of bank holidays pro rata

The Opportunity: We are seeking a part-time experienced payroll assistant to operate a weekly payroll plus other accounts-related duties.

• Process weekly payroll for approximately 45 employees accurately and on time using our Sage Payroll system
• Liaise with staff at all levels to ensure information collected in a timely manner to complete payroll
• Maintain and update employee records
• Generate reports to analyse payroll data
• Resolve any payroll-related inquiries from employees.
• Assist the Financial Director with other accounts related tasks such as credit control
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
