                                                            Payroll Admin Officer Air Niugini is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced person to fill in the position of Payroll Admin Officer within Human Resource Department – based in Port Moresby Purpose  Payroll Admin Officer will ensure that the Payroll Department is sufficiently equipped with office administration tools and reports to Payroll Manager.  Further, it ensure that all Air Niugini staff are paid their salaries through the Ramco Payce Payroll system and that all reconciliation duties associated with payroll are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibility:    * Ensure Payment of all absence leave generated via the Oracle to Ramco Payce payroll system. * Ensure Key in timesheets, including overtime, Higher Duties, Allowances, and shift penalties on the Ramco Payce Payroll system. * Calculate and key in final entitlements for resigned, retrenched, retired and terminated staff. * Maintain SPOC payroll deduction by updating the Ramco Payce Payroll system. * File payroll correspondences in the relevant files. * Attend to payroll queries on the counter and do other duties as directed by the Payroll Supervisor. * Ensure the Salary and Wages Taxes (SWT) are paid to IRC, for each fortnight in a timely manner * Ensure reconciliation of the following accounts are reconciled on a timely manner: * IRC- PNG TAX  * GROUP TAX- MANILA * AON EXPAT PILOT SUPER * UNCLAIMED WAGES * MANILA WAGES CLEARING * NATIONAL HOUSING CORPORATION (NHC) * PX STAFF LOAN BSP LIFE COVER * SOLOMON IS TAX Qualifications, Skills & Experience  * Diploma/Degree in Commerce, Accounting or equivalent experience  * Have background knowledge and qualification in CHRIS system * Payroll and Office administration experience * Experience in reconciliation of accounts Behavioural Competencies * Be able to work after hours and during weekends * Be of sober habit * Have very good communication skills To apply submit the following documents, Cover Letter/CV/ Copies of Qualifications and relevant documents.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Working at Air Niugini At Air Niugini, our people are the heart of our success. Responsibilities
