    Our valuable clients are searching for an outstanding Payroll / Admin Officer to join their very happy and relaxed team of professionals.
    The primary focus of this role will be responsible for maintenance of HR and payroll records, processing payroll and managing day to day payroll related duties.
    This is a challenging role requiring someone who is highly motivated, well organised, can work in a busy team environment and is a “GUN” at Payroll and HR admin!
    Main Duties/Responsibilities:

Payroll x 50+ entities (MYOB Exo Payroll)

  • Payroll onboarding of new employees to HR and payroll system
  • Weekly payroll processing for approx. 650 staff
  • Validate Roster Tool accuracy and importing of hours into Payroll
  • Maintain accurate and up to date payroll information pertaining to all employees (leave, entitlements, transfers, super etc)
  • Payroll reporting and record keeping
  • Preparation and lodgments of monthly payroll tax, PAYG for all sites in NSW & VIC as well as conduct payroll audits and reconciliation
  • Resolving / answering queries in relation to payroll across the company

HR Administration (EnableHR)

  • Provide HR coordination in areas such as – e.g. recruitment & onboarding, preparing contracts, induction of new personnel and drafting of HR correspondence
  • Maintain HR and training records management, reporting and analytics
  • Provide HR administrative and documentary support to line managers/supervisors
  • Maintain the Employee EnableHR database, data entry and uploading of documents, including management of personnel files
  • Assist the HR Manager with HR&OD projects
  • Processing of some site accounts payable functions in MYOB Exo.
  • Processing of some accounts Receivable Functions in MYOB Exo.
  • Receipting of receivable and Debtor remittances.

Must have:

  • Certificate or Bachelor Degree in / Commerce/ Accounting or related discipline
  • Keen to learn, strong attention to details, conscientious and helpful
  • Ability to work independently, accountable and reliable, confidential
  • Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good tact in dealing with managers and employees
  • Resilient and confident multi-tasker who can handle multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and exposure to EnableHR System highly desirable
  • MS Office – intermediate/advanced in all applications
