All City Plumbing Air, & Electrical we are a rapidly growing, award-winning, highly rated Plumbing Company servicing, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Orange County, and some of Los Angeles County. We are a reputable, honest, hardworking company that takes pride in delivering great service.
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator/ Accounts Payable that will oversee and supervise the organization’s payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time and accurately, and the entire company is in compliance with government regulations with Payroll , Safety, and HR policies.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
  • Audit records and reports of payroll transactions.
  • Complete weekly accounts payable
  • Ensure weekly accounts receivable is collected and completed
  • Track all company inventory
  • Tracking all fleet expenses
  • Extensive knowledge of the payroll function, including preparation, balancing, internal control, payroll taxes, Hr policies, up to date on all law changes.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
  • Processing and maintaining all workers’ compensation claims, unemployment requests, FMLA and leaves of absence.
  • Tracking and handing out devices to all employees
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Quick books,.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
  • Five years of HR experience or payroll experience
