Job DetailsJob Location: A360 Corporate - Tulsa, OK 74137Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $22.00 - $25.00 HourlyJob Shift: DayJOB SUMMARY The Payroll Administrator ensures accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for all Alert 360 employees across multiple states. This role maintains employee payroll records, processes biweekly payroll cycles, ensures adherence to wage and hour regulations, and provides exceptional support to employees and managers. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and committed to maintaining data integrity within Paycom while partnering closely with HR and Accounting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Process biweekly payroll for hourly, salary, commission, and bonus‑eligible employees Review and validate timecards, PTO requests, premium pay, and payroll adjustments Ensure accurate calculation and processing of garnishments, wage attachments, and tax withholdings Maintain employee payroll records in Paycom, including new hires, terminations, pay changes, and deductions Monitor workflow approvals and follow up with managers to ensure timely completion Responding to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, PTO balances, and payroll policies Prepare payroll reports for HR, Accounting, and leadership Support internal and external audits, including workers’ compensation, 401(k), and financial audits Ensure accurate remittance of payroll taxes, garnishments, and benefit premiums Assist with year‑end processing, including W‑2s, ACA reporting, and payroll balancing Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism Collaborate with HR team members to ensure alignment between payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes QualificationsJOB QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi‑state environment Strong understanding of payroll regulations, wage and hour laws, and tax requirements Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS/payroll systems High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data and reports Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines Commitment to confidentiality and data integrity CORE COMPETENCIES Accuracy & Attention to Detail Problem‑Solving & Critical Thinking Confidentiality & Professionalism Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Communication Time Management & Organization Adaptability in a Fast‑Paced Environment PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Work performed in a professional office environment Ability to sit, type, and view computer screens for extended periods Moderate stress levels associated with deadlines and accuracy requirements Must be flexible, adaptable, and self‑motivated in a fast‑paced environment
