Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Administrator to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving abilities who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for processing accurate and timely payroll for employees across multiple locations while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities Assist with semi-monthly and monthly payroll cycles for employees across multiple locations Verify records, hours worked, and paid time off for accuracy Verifying wages, deductions, bonuses, and other pay adjustments Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries in a timely manner Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity in the payroll system Coordinate with HR and other departments to process new hires, terminations, and status changes Ensure compliance with all global entities and local payroll regulations across different jurisdictions Generate payroll reports for management review and auditing purposes Review and verify benefit charges and bills Assist with employee questions regarding benefits and payroll Assist with year-end processing, Assist with Month end reconciliation Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or related administrative role (or equivalent coursework) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, vlookups) Excellent organizational and time management abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Capacity to work independently and meet strict deadlines Experience with payroll software systems (Rippling, Deel) is a plus Understanding of Global payroll processes Experience working with multi-location or multi-entity organizations Perks Remote Work HMO on day 1 (contractor only)
