Job Title: Payroll Administrator (Ireland/UK) Department: Payroll Reports to: Head Of Payroll Location: BoyleSports HQ, Dundalk – Hybrid Working The Role: Key Responsibilities: End-to end responsibility of assigned weekly payrolls for over 2,000 employees. This includes: Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of approved timesheets/verifying data per T&A system Calculate and enter amendments to include starters, leavers, tax certs, BIK calculations, pension deductions Calculation of PAYE, PRSI/NIC, USC and other statutory payments and deductions Tracking and deducting all voluntary deductions Administration of pensions Maintain accurate employee records and review changes/updates Responsible for the coordination efforts between Payroll, People Team, Central Operations and other departments to ensure employee files are accurate to aid in the payroll process. Upload payment files and input any manual payments to the bank Reconcile weekly payroll journals and prepare for posting to Oracle Manage payroll mailbox and employee queries Ensure adherence to Revenue/HMRC compliance and company processes and procedures Ad hoc tasks as and when they arise Monthly/Weekly maintenance of pension schemes & expense system ERR reporting Requirements: 1-2 years previous experience working in a fast-paced environment and high-volume weekly payroll Knowledge of the Irish and UK PAYE system, PRSI, USC, BIK, and ROS/HMRC IPASS and/or CIPP qualification Knowledge of Megapay or other payroll systems is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. Intermediate skills using MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent problem-solving/judgement skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
