Join our Team Now @ Bright.com/Careers Payroll Administrator: The Payroll Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring Team Members are paid accurately and on time. This position is responsible for processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, and supporting Team Members with payroll-related questions. The Payroll Administrator works closely with HR, Operations, and Finance to ensure payroll data is complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable laws and company policies. Job Responsibilities: Process weekly payroll, including regular hours, overtime, commissions, bonuses, and deductions. Review and validate timekeeping data to ensure accuracy before payroll is processed. Maintain payroll records and employee pay data in the payroll system. Prepare and distribute earnings statements and payroll reports. Respond to payroll-related questions from Team Members and management. Resolve payroll discrepancies and timekeeping issues in a timely manner. Ensure payroll data is accurate and reconciled each pay period. Maintain confidentiality of Team Member and company payroll information. Support standard administrative tasks related to payroll and reporting. Qualifications for Payroll Administrator: At least one year of payroll experience or experience in a similar administrative role. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines. Familiarity with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. Comfortable working with payroll systems, timekeeping tools, and basic reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; general comfort with computer systems. Organized, dependable, and able to handle sensitive information professionally. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working in an office environment.
