Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about people operations? Join our Human Resources team as a Payroll Administrator and play a key role in supporting payroll processing, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR operations. You’ll also be part of our front office team, helping ensure smooth daily business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Support accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll for multiple entities, including taxes, benefits, and garnishments, in line with federal and provincial regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and update systems like ADP and SharePoint for new hires, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
  • Assist with payroll data entry, validation, and reporting — ensuring hours worked, vacation accruals, and other payroll data are correct.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Help coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Contribute to HR and payroll reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Support benefits administration and open enrollment.
  • Provide occasional front desk coverage, including greeting visitors and managing incoming communications.
  • Participate in HR initiatives and special projects as needed.
