Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $58,000+ annually

PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR REQUIREMENTS

-Associate degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
-Minimum of five (5) years of payroll, accounting, or related experience.
-Strong knowledge of payroll practices and compliance standards.

ABOUT THE PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR ROLE

Crown Staffing is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a growing team in Louisville, KY. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing and managing all aspects of payroll to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance with federal and state regulations, and excellent communication skills to provide support to employees regarding payroll inquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Process bi-weekly/weekly payroll for all employees in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
-Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and pay rate changes.
-Verify accuracy of timesheets, attendance records, and payroll reports.
-Calculate wages, overtime, deductions, bonuses, and commissions.
-Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
-Prepare and file payroll tax reports and other required documentation.
-Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies promptly.
-Collaborate with HR and Finance to support benefits administration and year-end processes (e.g., W-2s).
-Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and employee data at all times.
