This role is responsible for multi‑state payroll processing, payroll tax compliance, and providing payroll support to employees and facility leadership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Process payroll accurately and on time for multiple states * Manage payroll inquiries and resolve timekeeping discrepancies * Handle payroll tax reporting, filings, and reconciliations * Review payroll reports and ensure data accuracy * Coordinate benefit deductions with HR * Support internal and external payroll audits * Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with regulations * Assist with year‑end tasks, including W‑2 processing QUALIFICATIONS * Strong knowledge of payroll laws and multi‑state payroll * Understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements * High accuracy, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office * Strong communication skills and professionalism with confidential data BENEFITS (DAY ONE) * Company‑paid life and dental insurance * Medical, disability, and voluntary life insurance options * 401(k) with company match * Competitive pay and a supportive work environment DRT is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
