PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of payroll, invoicing, and associated administrative tasks.

KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

  • Exceptional attention to detail – essential for accurate data entry and payroll accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills for dealing with clients, workers, and internal teams.
  • Experience with payroll software and/or financial systems (desirable but not essential).

    Pay: £15.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Timesheet Processing: Accurately input and process weekly timesheets, ensuring timely submission for payroll deadlines.
  • Payroll Queries: Handle payroll-related queries from both clients and workers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Invoice Management: Process client invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring alignment with approved timesheets and agreements.
  • Bank Payments: Prepare and process payments through online banking systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
  • Onboarding & Leavers: Manage the setup of new starters and the processing of leavers, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
