Payroll Administrator - Europe & ANZ

THE SKILLS YOU WILL HAVE WHEN YOU APPLY:

  • Payroll experience : EMEA payroll experience is essential; NZ and Australia a plus.
  • Compliance knowledge : Familiar with multi-country payroll laws and reporting.
  • Stakeholder skills : Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Customer focus : Delivers responsive, empathetic support to employees.
  • Tech proficiency : Confident with Microsoft Office; Workday/ADP experience desirable.
  • Detail-oriented : High accuracy in data handling and payroll execution.
  • Discreet : Handles sensitive information with confidentiality and care.
  • Proactive : Identifies and drives process improvements.
  • Global mindset : Comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
