As the Payroll Administrator reporting to the Payroll Manager, you’ll support the Finance team by preparing and maintaining payroll inputs, reviewing time records, and generating reports. Your attention to detail and timely follow-through ensure every paycheck is accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule, helping keep our global workforce satisfied

Responsibilities
  • Review timesheet entries, ensuring accuracy and reporting errors prior to payroll input
  • Input global payroll data and adjustments for both hourly and salaried employees
  • Calculate and enter recurring payroll payments in accordance with internal company policies
  • Support benefits and retirement plan administration tasks
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefit inquiries received via the general payroll inbox
  • Generate and distribute monthly forms for invoice payment processing
  • Communicate with managers to ensure timely and accurate submission of timesheets and invoices
  • Download and maintain payroll reports at the conclusion of each payroll run
  • Generate and issue Records of Employment promptly
  • Provide support for quarterly and year-end payroll reporting across all countries
  • Perform ad hoc payroll and finance-related tasks as needed
