OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. The Payroll Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining employee satisfaction through timely and accurate payroll processing.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in payroll administration or a related field is essential.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of accounts payable processes is a plus.
  • Experience with account reconciliation tasks is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations related to payroll processing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and provide support as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources department on employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Generate payroll reports for management review and analysis.
