Payroll Administrator (Kilkenny)
Practice
Our client, a well-established Accountancy practice based in Kilkenny city, has an opportunity available for a payroll administrator to join their expanding team. This dynamic practice provides a number of services including accounting, audit, tax, payroll and corporate finance for a diverse range of clients.
This role works with a team of payroll specialists running weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for a large volume of clients.

SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 2 years in finance/practice environmen
  • IPASS Certificate in Payroll Techniques desirable
  • Experience working within a practice environment essential
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and deadline driven.
  • High level of competence with Microsoft Office, BrightPay and BrightPay Connect.
Responsibilities
  • Running weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for a large volume of clients
  • Dealing with payroll queries from clients
  • Preparing reports for issue to clients
  • Electronic filing and distribution of pay records
  • Dealing with clients in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner
  • Addressing queries with clients in a helpful and professional manner
  • Ad hoc duties from time to time as requested by manager/partner
