ABOUT THE ROLE 3 Promise Labor Services is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage full-cycle payroll operations across multiple locations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while supporting compliance, reporting, and coordination with HR and Finance. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Process full-cycle payroll accurately and on time using ADP systems. * Enter and review timekeeping data and payroll information * Monitor payroll-related emails and communications * Set up and manage child support deductions * Process 401(k) contributions and company match * Generate payroll reports, including prevailing wage and certified payroll * Process prevailing wage reporting through LCP Tracker * Ensure compliance with wage notices and documentation requirements * Assist with registering and setting up tax accounts in new states and municipalities * Support Accounts Payable with payroll-related reporting * Partner with HR and Finance to ensure smooth payroll operations * Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll data * Perform other duties as assigned WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * 3–5 years of payroll or accounting experience * Experience with ADP payroll systems required * Knowledge of payroll processes, tax withholdings, and unemployment taxes * Experience with prevailing wage or certified payroll preferred * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred EDUCATION * Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive salary * Remote work opportunity * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * Paid time off and paid holidays * Company-paid life insurance * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Exposure to multi-state payroll and compliance * Collaborative, team-oriented work environment Apply today and bring your payroll expertise to a growing organization.
