JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, pensions, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

· Prior experience with payroll and pension administration is required.
· Knowledge of SAGE Payroll is recommended – training available
· Excellent administration and organisational skills, with a high attention to detail
· Highly accurate and proficient in spotting errors or anomalies
· Strong communication and writing skills
· Good business understanding and a professional manner
· Good computer & IT skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word etc.)
· Conscientious and trustworthy
· Willingness to work as a proactive member within a dynamic team
· Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude

Responsibilities

ROLE

· Process weekly payroll accurately and on time, including pension submissions.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
· Calculate, confirm and input payroll data accurately.
· Prepare and distribute payroll reports.
· Answer employee payroll queries promptly and professionally.
· Assist in auditing payroll records.
· Stay up to date on relevant payroll legislation and regulations.
· Strong communication and inter-personal skills
· 18 hours per week
· Monday to Wednesday – 9.00am to 3.00pm
· Flexibility available and will be discussed in interview.
