Description

Due to continued growth, PayStream Accounting Services Limited have an opening for a strong team player to join our established and hardworking Payroll department as a Payroll Administrator at our Altrincham office. Hybrid working options are available subject to training and probation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
  • Administration experience
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel
Responsibilities
  • Raising invoices from remittances or via PayStream’s import facility
  • Ensuring P45/P46 information is correctly inputted and disclosed
  • Ensuring correct PAYE and National Insurance is levied on each payslip
  • Understanding how statutory payments are calculated and processed
  • Processing agency payroll in accordance with correct pay dates
  • Understanding the elements of a payslip
