Our client in Edmonton is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support their payroll operations on a contract basis. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong HR and payroll experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of payroll or HR experience
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft is an asset)
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
SharePoint experience is a plus
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
PCP designation in progress or planned
Available to start immediately
Process employee transactions: new hires, terminations, pay changes, banking info, etc.
Transfer timecard data from Oracle Time & Labour to payroll system
Maintain accurate employee records using SharePoint
Respond to payroll-related inquiries via phone and email
Administer taxable benefits and generate payroll reports
Ad- hoc duties as requested
